Meig Point Beach

Mystic Cemetary. What a place to spend your final days.

Giant seagull waiting for a chippy and some clam chowder

Driving out of NYC was one of the scarier moments of the trip, but such a treat to go through some gorgeous seaside towns. Definately promotes road trippin rather than going through stuffy airports. Some black and white shots survived!! Our destination for the first day was to get to New Haven, home of Yale University. Its amazing to see when you go out to a local bar or pizza place students in their Yale sweaters proudly displaying their brains and daddy's cheque book while they swish back their hair. I probably would be obnoxious too if I got accepted to such a fancy pants school.
We ate gigiantic pizzas at one of New Haven's famous apizza joints - Sali's - which is constantly at war for the original and the best witha  place opened prior, owned by Sali's uncle. Even better was the running baseball world series score updates in Jersey accents.
Next - Boston!
